Step-by-step plan - Selling your property

  • Orientation meeting

    During a meeting at our office or on location, we discuss your selling wishes and give advice. We offer a non-binding valuation to provide insight into the value of your home.

  • Presentation of the property

    The presentation of your property is very important. Therefore, we pay a lot of attention to it, such as styling and possible adjustments in and around the house. We work together with a professional partner who takes care of the photo and video material, including drone footage. We also share these images on social media to reach a larger public and more potential buyers.

  • Viewings

    All interested parties will be given a fair chance and the time they need. In conversation with you as the seller, we agree on how many viewing days we will schedule.

  • Custom work: negotiating

  • Purchase agreement
