Step-by-step plan - Renting out your property

  • Orientation meeting

    In a no-obligation orientation meeting, we discuss your rental needs and what you find important. Then we will give you honest and appropriate advice. We compare your property with similar rental properties so that you get a clear picture of the current rental value. We will also advise you on how to present your property in its optimal condition.

  • Feedback

    Before the property is placed online, you have the opportunity to give feedback on the text and photos.

  • First selection

    When inviting potential tenants, we work according to a procedure established by Dutch law. We therefore only invite candidates for a viewing if they meet all standards, such as the income requirement and desired start date of the rental agreement.

  • Viewings

    During viewings, potential tenants are given ample time to view the property. This gives them the opportunity to take a good look at the property, important information can be shared and we get a good impression of the possible future tenant(s) in the meantime.

  • Choosing a tenant

    Once the viewings are finished, we inform the potential tenants about our working method, the deadline and the expected time of hearing from us. You have the time to make your choice. Obviously, we will also express and motivate our preferences.

  • Concept rental agreement

    As soon as you have expressed your preference, we contact this potential tenant. We will collect all necessary documentation, and if everything is complete and correct, we will prepare the concept rental agreement. We will also inform the other potential tenants that they unfortunately did not make it.

  • Signing the rental agreement

    Is everything in a correct way? Then we will ask new tenants and you to sign safely and easily 'online'.

  • Payment of rent and deposit

    Once both parties have received the signed version, we ask and assist the tenant to pay the rent and deposit.

  • Check-in

    During the check-in, also known as the key transfer, we check the property for defects, damage and other issues that may need to be addressed by you as landlord. We fill in a check-in report and take photos of each room. Tenant and landlord receive the check-in report and photo report afterwards.

  • Continuing support

    After the successful renting out of your property, we remain your point of contact for assistance. If required, we offer customised property management during the rental period, please inquire about the conditions.
