Step-by-step Plan Rental Search Guidance
Orientation meeting
We would like to invite you for an orientation meeting at our office to discuss your housing needs, or via an online video call. During this meeting, we will explain our working method, answer all your questions and get a clear view of your housing needs. After this, the search for your perfect rental property can really begin!
Quick communication
To achieve success in this quick housing market, we work via WhatsApp after the orientation meeting at the office or via a Zoom call. This way, we can communicate quickly about potential properties and viewings. Also, any questions can be answered immediately this way.
Offline offers
We don't only search online for you. Thanks to our large network with rental agencies and landlords who rent out houses themselves, we are also quickly up to date with ‘offline offers’, houses that are not yet online.
Viewing
If we have managed to find a property that meets your needs and schedule a viewing, we prefer to go with you. This allows you to get a feel for the property while we assess its condition. Should you not be able to attend the viewing in person, a video viewing (if allowed) is also possible.
Increase chances
We discuss important details with the rental agent and afterwards we talk about your experience and our feelings. If you are enthusiastic about the property and would like to become the new tenant, we will make a proposal together. We also advise you on your chances and how to increase them.
Final steps
Then the exciting ‘waiting moment’ arrives and we hope with you that the property will be allocated to you. Is that the case? Then the rental agent will check all documents and we will guide you through the final steps. We will go through the rental agreement with you, be present at the check-in and check the check-in process carried out by the rental agent.
