To make it easier for you in your search, we will help you from the first contact at our office until the check-in. Together, we will look for the property that meets your wishes. From starter homes, flats to individual houses: we know the city and its surroundings well! We give realistic housing advice, based on the current housing market. Which properties are for sale in your price range? How much competition is there? What are your financial possibilities?

Step-by-step plan - Purchase Search Guidance
Orientation meeting
To clarify your housing requirements, we would like to invite you to our office for an orientation meeting. During this meeting, we will answer all your questions and create an overview of your wishes. Afterwards, we will set to work to find the perfect home that meets all your wishes.
We do the rest
We will send you properties that match your requirements on a daily basis. Would you like to view a property? We will guide you through the viewing and take care of all the important details. You focus on the property and the feeling it gives you, we do the rest!
Research
Do you have a good feeling about the house and have you become enthusiastic about it? After this we will start our research into the specifications of the property, the asking price and the actual value. We look at comparable properties in the area and use our years of experience in the housing market.
Winning offer
We advise you on a suitable proposal and will start the negotiations. We look at the actual value, discuss with you what you think the house is worth and work to make you a winning offer.
Building inspection and taxation
If your proposal is accepted, we will guide you in getting a construction check done (if necessary) and engaging an valuator.
Checking documents
After buying the property, we will discuss the concept purchase agreement and other important documents with you. Among other things, we take the concept purchase agreement and help you sign it. In addition (if necessary), we help you organise the construction check and the valuator.
Final property inspection
We will be present at the final inspection of the property. We will check that everything is correct and that the property is delivered as agreed.
