This questionnaire helps us determine if we can assist you in finding a rental home through our Rental Assistance Program. Please complete the questions completely and clearly. Are you looking with someone (partner or housing shareholder)? Then fill in for both, such as: NAME 1: answer person 1. NAME 2: answer person 2. Please note: for various questions, you will find important information under the "i" icon. We kindly ask you to read this information and provide complete answers. If we think we can help, we will invite you for a -free and non-committal- introductory meeting at our office in Utrecht or via an online-call. We will discuss your profile, your housing needs and our Rental Assistance. In case we unfortunately cannot help you, we will let you know and delete the form you filled out.
